To be a symbol of interfaith unity against anti-Semitism, Islamophobia and other forms of hate – that is the aim of the House of One Foundation, which is championing an open coexistence and sharing beyond religious boundaries. Our task was to reach out to a new target group.
Rebecca Rogowski, 24, a student of Jewish studies with a blue belt in jiu-jitsu; Maike Schöfer, 31, studying to be a Protestant pastor and with a love of Jesus kitsch; and Kübra Dalkilic, 25, an Islamic theologian who loves corny jokes, speak about their faith and their experiences, laugh together, argue together and in spite of all this always continue to talk. Along the way, they show that friendship is not only possible, but also completely normal, among people with different religious affiliations or cultural traditions. Religion from life, not from the textbook.
The podcast is aimed at young people and offers an insight into topics that concern Jewish, Christian or Muslim peer groups. Interfaith dialogue not handed down from the pulpit, but directly into the ear.

Why women? There has never been a tri-religious podcast, nor one that has featured several women. Up until now, religion has been largely dominated by men. As a medium, the podcast provides an opportunity to subvert these hierarchies and to give women a voice and make them audible.
